It is surprising however, that until recently, nobody could think of a solution that would avoid blocking individual plugs with conventional adapters.
The PowerCube was designed by a young team, from the University of Technology in Delft, the Netherlands. They created a space saving modular cube that looks great, and most importantly eliminates the risk of blocking outlets. PowerCubes come in a range of cool colors, and in three variants, Original, Extended and Rewirable, and are available with or without USB sockets.
Original PowerCubes allow you to connect up to 5 devices at once, the USB version has 4 sockets for common appliances and two USB connectors. Extended PowerCubes offer the same but have a 1.5 meter long cable. Rewirable PowerCubes are universal and can be used as Original PowerCubes or Extended PowerCubes using a connector type IEC. All PowerCube adapters are combinable.
