Frequently Asked Questions

Who can join the Alza for Business program?
Any customer who has a Company ID number in their Alza.sk registration. Entry to the program is not possible for a natural person - consumer.
How do I know that my Alza for Business program is active?
If you have a Company ID number filled in your account settings, it means that you are a registered user of the Alza for Business program and can take advantage of all its benefits.
How do I enter Alza for Business?
Entry for the BASIC price list is automatic for everyone who has a Company ID number in their Alza.sk registration. For other price lists, the entry will be evaluated individually according internally set parameters and granted based on sole discretion of Alza company.
Can schools or government organisations use your Alza for Business program?
We have a separate program for schools and government institutions. Just log in HERE.
Is there any limitation for use of benefits?
If you have a VAT number filled in your registration, the use the basic benefits falling into the Basic category is unlimited. In the case of granting higher levels of price lists, the use of benefits is also unlimited, but compliance with internally set rules for a given level of price list is continuously monitored and based on this, the set level of price list is re-evaluated, which can be changed unilaterally by Alza.
