For a smaller and less expensive version with the same functionality, the Philips Saeco HD8743/19 Xsmall is a great solution. It can produce 5 different grades of ground beans for your preferred taste with its 100% ceramic grinder, and a steam nozzle which rapidly froths milk for cappuccinos and macchiatos.
There is a built-in Memory function, which allows you to program the machine to make you a cup with the size and strength just as you like it. The self-cleaning function is also valuable, flushing the entire circuit to ensure coffee is always fresh tasting.
Top of the Line from DeLonghi
The premium ECAM 44.660.B model is capable of preparing almost any beverage exactly as you like. It offers 13 grades of bean grinding, active cup heating, and extremely rapid steam preparation. For children or those with a sweet tooth, there is also a Milk Menu button, which allows you to choose from several preset dairy beverages and can also handle hot chocolate.
