Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem tento monitor cca před 3 roky a už byl 3 reklamován. Nyní ho tam povezu po 4. Bohužel stále závady nebyly opraveny. Když ho tam povezu po 4 mám nárok už na nový monitor nebo stále budu čekat než se mi vrátí z opravy? Ještě dodám že byl koupen na firmu ale ne mou firmu proto by mě zajímalo případné vrácení fin. prostředků? Zda si mohu vybrat jiný monitor u Vás nebo to musí řešit firma které monitor původně zakoupila?
