Dobrý den, chci tuto televizi propojit s PC přes HDMI, aby frekvence mohla být 120hz. Jaký přesně kabel by jste mi doporučili? Grafická karta na PC má výstup HDMI 2.1. Délka kabelu mi stačí 1,5m. Pojede daný přenos na tomto kabelu? https://www.alza.cz/alzapower-core-premium-hdmi-21-high-speed-8k-1-5m-cerny-d7070892.htm?o=6&loginSuccess=1 Našel jsem u něho informace, že je schopen přenést 8K rozlišení při 60hz, ale při jaké frekvenci je schopný přenášet 4K rozlišení jsem nenašel. Dobrý den, hlásí nám to chybu "Nejde načíst uživatelské smlouvy". Zkoušeli jsme aktualizaci softwaru, ale nepomohlo to. K Wi-Fi se TV bez problémů připojí. Kde by mohl být ještě k problém? Děkuji za odpověď.

Dobrý den, mámod vás zakoupen tento telefizor. Při přehrávání filmů z internetu přes domácí wifi dochází zhruba každé 3 minuty k zaseknutí (zastavení obrazu i zvuku) Objeví se načítací kolečko uprostřed obrazovky a po 1-2 sekundáchzase přehrávání pokračuje. Můžete mi poradit příčinu? Není to ve wifině, všechna ostatní zařízení (notebooky) přehrávají bez zasekávání. Nemůže se jednat o malou načítací mezipaměť, lze nějak nastavit? Nebo je to na reklamaci? Děkuji.
