dobrý deň, v návode sa píše že balenie obsahuje aj nástroj na výmenu kláves za štandardné, no v balení nič také nebolo, ani štandardné klávesy (oranžové by som rád vymenil za čierne), zakúpil som uplne novú klávesnicu (nie zánovnú, či otvorenú), no nebola pri rozbalvaní ani prelepená ako štandardne. Pri inej klávesnici od tejto značky som mal v balení aj vyťahovák a klávesy na výmenu. Mohli by ste mi vysvetliť ako to vlastne s tým vyťahovákom je? (speiaalní vytahovák ako to nazývajú v návode).

Dobrý den. Zakoupil jsem si klávesnici a zjistil jsem, že je pro mne podpěrka rukou moc krátká. Mohl bych klávesnici na prodejně vrátit a dostat peníze zpět ne si vybrat jinou a připlatit si. PS: při nákupu jsem si nezakoupil okamžitou výměnu zboží.

Odborník? zná tato "firma" význam tohoto slova?!?!!?!?!?!odborník a zaměstnanec nemusí být totéž .jak je to teda s tím podsvícením, váš "odborník" si jaksi protiřečí s jiným zákazníkem, a na otazku české diakritiky (ě,š,č,ř,ž,ý,á,í) raději nereaguje vůbec!!! to teda moc důvěry ve vaše "odborníky" nebudí!!!!

1. Píšete, že je klavesnice CZ, ale nikde na obrázku nevidím české znaky š,č,ř,ž atd.
2. Jeden člověk tady říká (co ji vlastní), že měnit barvy lze, vy zase, že nelze, tak jak to teda je ? Je pravda, že na youtube u některých klavesnic tohoto typu to jde a u jiných ne, ale to je asi i podle země prodeje.
