Dobrý den, můžete mi, prosím, poradit. Již jsem se obracel na Alza a bylo mi pouze sděleno, že mám reklamovat. V tiskárně LEXMARK MS417dn jsem použil tuto tonerovou kazetu a stále mi tiskárna ukazuje, že je tonerová kazeta nekompatibilní. Můžete mi poradit nějaký trik, nebo mám kazetu vrátit? Zároveň se chci zeptat, proč tuto tonerovou kazetu prodáváte, když je pro doporučené tiskárny nepoužitelná? Děkuji a jsem s pozdravem Petr Florian
