Dobrý den. Potřebuji radu nějakého technika od Alzy přes tonery. Zakoupil jsem tento toner a po vložení do tiskárny OKI MB441 to psalo: "toner je prázdný". Reklamoval jsem tedy toner a Alza mi dodala nový. Po jeho vložení do tiskárny to znovu píše: "toner je prázdný". Myslím že je problém budě někde jinde. Originální toner OKI funguje bez problémů.
