Dobrý den, hodinky fungují skvěle. Ale na telefonu Meizu aplikace Zepp buď padá nebo se vůbec nespustí. Vymazat data, mezipaměť či reinstalace app nepomáhá. App s hodinky T-Rex a telefonem Cubot fungují bez problémů. Je alternativa k "originální" apce Zepp? Odzkoušená a v češtině? Manželce se hodinky líbí a nerada by je vracela kvůli nefunkční apce a zase abych kupoval kvůli hodinkám nový telefon se mi moc nechce.. :) děkuji za radu

Dobrý den, dnes mi došly hodinky, které jsem měla zhruba hodinu na ruce po té jsem v aplikaci na telefonu hodinky odpárovala abych je mohla spárovat s jiným telefon. Hodinky se odpárovaly, naskočilo logo AMAZFIT a vyply se. Od té doby nejdou hodinky zapnout. Chci se zeptat jestli je možné, že to hodinky udělaly po aktualizaci a mám je poslat na reklamaci děkuji.
