As you've mentioned that you live in Czech Republic and set your Country address to it, this is the reason you're not able to connect to Spotify.
Please be informed that if you try to use your device with a non-US physical address, some Alexa services may not work or have limited functionality.
In order to rectify this issue, please update your country settings to a valid US physical address. You would see the Spotify option once again and can access it without any hassle.
To change your current country settings, go to Settings in Manage Your Content and Devices (External Link
After updating the country settings to US address, log out and log in from your Alexa app and try the Spotify option.
