Prostřednictvím internetových stránek https://www.alza.cz byla dne 17.10.2018 uzavřena kupní smlouva mezi společností Alza.cz a.s. a mojí osobou na prodej zboží (sluchátka s mikrofonem Anker SoundBuds Curve black) - objednávka č. 179574970. Kupní cena 964 Kč vč. DPH byla ještě týž den uhrazena. Do dnešního dne však nebylo zboží doručeno. Místo něho bylo opakovaně doručeno neobjednané zboží a to sluchátka Anker SoundBuds Lite. Na vaši žádost o vrácení zboží do klasické prodejny jsem jako zákazník nad rámec svých povinností reflektoval a zboží osobně předal 20.10.2018 na adrese Jateční 33a, 170 00 Praha 7. Druhé doručení neobjednaného zboží bylo realizováno dnešního dne, tj. 25.10.2018, společností Geis Parcel CZ s.r.o. V tomto případě již na vaši novou žádost o vrácení zboží (ani na pobočku ani přes poštu) reflektovat nehodlám a vyzývám vás k zajištění zpětného odběru neobjednaného zboží na vaše náklady. Znovu urguji dodání objednaného a zaplaceného zboží. FM
