Dobry den, objednavali sme si u vas nahradnu bateriu do UPS (APC RBC5), kde bola informacia, ze naskladnena bude do 4 pracovnych dni. Prvu informaciu sme dostali mailom, ze predpokladany datum dorucenia je 29.7.2017. O 3 dni neskor sme dostali informaciu, ze predpokladany datum dorucenia bude 3.8.2017. Tuto bateriu sme akutne potrebovali a preto sme sa aj spoliehali na pravdivost vasich emailov. V ten isty den o 8 hodin neskor sme dostali dalsiu informaciu, ze tovar nam bude doruceny 26.8.2017. Zda sa vam toto jednanie so zakaznikom ferove? Ako sa ma zakaznik spoliahat na vasu pravdivost informacii. Mali ste vobec overene dodanie tovaru u vasho dodavatela? Mame sa i nadalej spoliehat na informaciu, ze tovar bude dodany 26.8.2017 alebo nam v tom datume pride informacia, ze bude dodany v septembri? Dakujem za urychlenu odpoved a riesnie!
