Zdravím, sluchátka mám dva týdny a zjistil jsem, že mi nefunguje ovládání na sluchátkách. Jsou to moje první airpody. Pár dní zpět jsem zkusil zesílít/zeslabit hudbu pomocí sluchátek - to funguje. Ale když jsem zkusil dotykem pozastavit/zapnout přehrávní, případně dvojklikem pustit další skladbu, tak se nic neděje, ani změna režimu poslechu podržením. (myslel jsem si, že bude pouze nutné upravit nastavení, ale vše mám nastavené správně. Zkoušel jsem i měnit rychlost/délku stisknutí a bez úspěchu) Dle návodu jsem tedy sluchátka odpároval a zresetoval. Znovu připojil a nastavil. K žádné změně nedošlo. Je možné s tím ještě něco udělat nebo by to mohla být vada? Opakuji, hlasitost ovládat lze na obou sluchátkách, vše ostatní nelze.

Objednané 18.9., odvtedy žiadna info o tom, kedy budú dostupné, iné eshopy (aj úplne malé) sluchátka majú dostupné, alza stále bez vyjadrenia. Úplne zlyhanie, nikdy viac.

Dnes jsem si koupil jedny od konkurence, o 500 korun dražší. Podle informací, které poskytli, brali rezervace a předobjednávali. Alzo, proč jsi nemohla udělat totéž? Už tak dlouho na tyhle sluchátka od tebe čekám? ;(

Předobjednáno 11.9. - Napsal jsem na podporu proč k 26.9. nemám žádnou informaci o datu doručení. Vyjádření podpory: Moc se omlouvám za komplikace bohužel o tento produkt je velký zájem a nevíme předběžné datum doručení.
