Větrák v notebooku Asus hrozně chrčí. Ze servisu mi napsali, ať to pošlu na reklamaci, a že mi v rámci opravy smažou celý disk. Takhle si bezstarostnou opravu HW nepředstavuji. Nešlo by to bez mazání disku?

Kúpili sme notebook s elektronickou licenciou bezstarostný servis. Keď na webe Alzy kliknem na položku z danou licenciou tak to chce zadať ešte nejaký kód ktorý mi nedošiel xxx-xxx (x = nejaký znak). V popisu produktu na Vašom webe je zas napísane, že je služba aktivovaná automaticky. Kde a ako ten kód môžeme obdržať
