Dobrý den, lze uplatnit na tento produkt isic slevu ?
Dobrý den, před půl rokem jsem si u Vás zakoupil tento notebook. Bohužel začal vydávat nepříjemné zvuky. U toho typu je to bohužel docela častý problém. Protože však jej nemohu postrádat a tudíž jej nemohu odeslat na reklamaci, žádal jsem Vás o pomoc při řešení mého neobvyklého problému. S od kazem na autorizovaný servis my bohužel nebylo nijak vyhověno (Myslím, že s ohledem na cenovou kategorii zboží by trocha individuálnějšího přístupu neuškodila). To pro mně v tuto chvíli nepřipadá v úvahu, jak jsem již říkal. Rozhodl jsem se tedy problém řešit jinak a před pár dny si koupil tento ultrabook znovu. Bohužel má stejnou závadu. Proto se ptám jak mohu tento problém vyřešit a jakým způsobem se mohu dostat k nezávadnému kusu, toho jinak výborného stroje? Děkuji a přeji hezký den
