Dobrý den, můžete mi prosím vysvětlit, proč není telefon stále dostupný? Objednal jsem si jej počátkem května s tím, že do konce května bude k dispozici. Volil jsem Vás, protože považuji Alzu za kvalitní e-shop. Ještě dnes ráno mi byl potvrzen termín dodání ve čtvrtek, 31.5.2018. Dnes v podvečer jsem se dozvěděl, že termín dodání byl posunut na 9.6.2018. A to nemluvím o tom, že dalších 9 e-shopů na Heuréce má telefon skladem. Jste spokojení s úrovní Vašich služeb?

Dobry den, v hodnoceni jsem se docetl, ze soucasti baleni je obal. V popisu produktu to zmineno ovsem neni. Muzete to tedy, prosim, potvrdit/vyvratit? Pripadne specifikovat, jake pouzdro je soucasti baleni (silikonove, flipove apod.). Diky
