Dobrý den, dnes ( tedy 15.11.2019 ) měla vyjít celá kniha. Knihu jsem zakoupil, ale je možno stáhnout pouze část knihy z předprodeje. Kdy bude dostupná celá kniha?

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem e-knihu v předprodeji, tehdy bylo v rámci předprodeje možné stáhnout pouze 30% knihy. Nyní už je kniha dostupná celá, ale i při opětovném stažení ze sekce "Moje knihovna" stáhnu opět pouze neúplnou verzi. Jakým způsobem mám postupovat, abych si mohl stáhnout celou e-knihu? Děkuji za odpověď.
