Objednany tovar nam nedodali a ani sa nam nevyjadrili, preco a co sa stalo. Objednali sme si 4 spotrebice a ani jeden nam neprisiel.

Dobrý den, u tohoto typu varné desky není zcela jasné připojení,či je pouze na 230 v nebo i na 400V . Pokud je i na 400v tak jak postupovat, výrobce dodává desku VC připojovacího kabelu na 230V.jiz v zapojené stavu,je tedy potřeba kabel vyměnit? Děkuji za odpověď
