chci se zeptat, v případě, že si zakoupím "možnost vrátit zboží do 60 dnů" tak je uvedeno, že mi bude vrácena částka ve formě "slevového kuponů"
Chci se zeptat, co to přesně znamená.
Je to tak, že mi nebudou vrácený peníze v hotovosti ale "kupon" za který si mohu koupit zboží v jeho hodnotě? Tzv. protinákup?

Dobrý deň. Dneska sa mi asi po pol roku používania na myške Zowie FK2 koliesko zaseklo do vnútra a nechce ísť von. Ťažko sa točí a dalo sa s ním klikať ako s ostatnými tlačítkami. No ako vravím, stlačil som ho a zapadlo tam a už nechce vyliezť. Prosím o radu čo mám robiť, alebo ak by bolo možné to vymeniť na predajni (mám zaplatenú okamžitú výmenu). Ďakujem za rady a odpovede.

Dobrý den, mam myš zowie FK2 už asi něco přes rok, ale stále jsem nikde nenašel odpověď zda to tak má být nebo ne. No jde o to že když nahnu myš příliš doprava nebo příliš doleva na podložce, až tak že je kolečko směřované na klávesnici tak přestane sensor reagovat. Nevím zda to tak má být či ne ale podložkou pod myš to určitě není protože jsem otestoval už spoustu. Předem díky za odpověď.
