Dobrý den mám tenhle pultový Candy mrazák cca 5 dní a potraviny uložené nahoře jsou polotuhé , spíš rozmrzlé. Nastavuji teplotu na -26 ,ale stále mi to ukazuje teplotu -15 i po odemčení a správném nastavení. Je nutno ještě něco jiného při instalaci a sprovoznění mrazáku n než jen vybalit a zapojit do zásuvky? Děkuji Peková
