Dobrý den, zakoupila jsem dceři tyto hodinky a nejdou s jejím telefonem Huawei Y 6II spárovat. Zkoušela jsem to i se svým telefonem Xiaomi Redmi 4A, stejný problém, dostala jsem informaci:" Nelze spárovat s CARNEO kvůli Nesprávnému PIN kodu nebo paklíči."Přitom heslo je vždy na hodinkách i telefonu shodné... Poradíte mi, co mám dělat? Děkuji! Tereza J
