Dobrý den, mám delikátní problém, který by měl asi řešit výrobce, nicméně zkouším zprostředkovaně tady - lednice přišla v pohodě, je funkční, NICMÉNĚ... po celém povrchu lednice byla nalepená fólie. To by ještě bylo v pořádku, kdyby se fólie neslupovala po centimetrech čtverečních a její kompletní slepení netrvalo skoro 4 hodiny. A ta horší věc - po fólii zůstaly na dveřích lednice docela výrazné fleky od lepidla, které nešly dolů žádným šetrným způsobem. Použil jsem proto jemně hrubší hadřík, kterým lepidlo stejně skoro nejde dolů, a od hadříku se povrch lednice jemně poškrábal. Přijde mi naprosto absurdní, aby mě výroba dohnala k tomu ještě před použitím lednice poškrábat její povrch tím, jak jsem se snažil uvést lednici do finálního stavu. Lze tuto situaci nějak řešit? Ať už reklamací u výrobce, novým lakem nebo snad novými dveřmi? Je opravdu nepříjemné mít doma lednici pár hodin, mít s ní takovou práci a nakonec zjistit, že se poškrábe jemným hadříkem a lepidlo prostě nejde dolů.
