POZOR NA JEDNÁNÍ ALZY – zakoupil jsem si notebook Dell Inspiron 17 (5000) šedý RAM 16GB, HDD 2 TB v hodnotě 26.490,-kč, ale obdržel jsem černý RAM 8GB, HDD 1TB v hodnotě 23.490,-kč. Dále jsem měl zaplaceno 1.500,- instalace a licence office, které ovšem v PC nainstalovány nebyli. Vyjádření alzy.sk, protože česká mi řekla, že musím řešit pouze přes slovenské kolegy bylo, že se jedná o správné zboží a došlo pouze k záměně fotografií. No já si ten počítat, ale podle fotografie nevybral, tak nevím kam zmizely ty parametry. Instalace prý provedena byla, ale office nikde. I takto se dá prodat levnější varianta počítače s dalším produktem!!!

Dobrý den, má tento notebook pouze 2 paměti nebo pouze 1 paměť, ačkoli má sloty pro 2. Děkuji za informace. Já bych potřeboval jeden slot volný a tedy i 16 GB slot paměti. Děkuji za informaci.
