Plati NBD On-site záruka i v případě prodloužení záruky o jeden rok, tzn. ze pokud by třetí rok došlo k poruše zařízení, technik Dell by zdarma přijel a problém vyřešil?

Dobry den, Chci se zeptat na záruční servis. V případě poruchy zařízení mate 30 dni na opravu, poskytujete během této doby náhradní zařízení v odpovídající úrovni? Pokud ne, lze si tuto službu zaplatit?
