Kamera funguje výborně, ale po zhruba jednom dni začne teplotní čidlo hlásit nesmysly jako je teplota 400 C a kamera ztratí schopnost se otáčet. Po vypnutí a zapnutí zase nějakou dobu funguje. Co s tím?

Zajímalo by mne, z jakého obslužného SW pro Windows se vám k této kameře povedlo připojit?
Koupil jsem tuto kameru, instalace je provedena s využitím držáku (součást dodávky) na stropě, tedy vzhůru nohama. Ani po týdnu jsme nepřišli na to, jak přesvědčit kameru, aby obraz otočila (nenalezeno ani v obslužném SW). V manuálu je zmiňována instalace na stěnu, nicméně ani pro tento případ není nikde popsáno otočení o příslušných 90 stupňů. Bez SW otočení/překlopení obrazu nechápu smysl použití jako bezpečností kamery umístěné na stropě tak, aby využila úhlový rozsah pan/tilt. Netušíte prosím někdo, jak na to?
