Dobrý deň, zakúpil som si dve dobíjacie karty naraz, zaplatil cez kartu, pri jednej mi ukáže kód karty a pri druhej sa nedá načítať, stále ukáže len "Čaká sa na stiahnutie licencie, skúste neskôr." Robí to aj keď idem cez mobil aj cez notebook, aj keď sa ju snažim stiahnut cez mail a aj keď ju pozeram v alza knižnici - Licencie. Dá sa to nejako reklamovať?

23.12.2020 zakúpený 10e kredit, zaplatení kartou online. V knižnici po kliknutí na zobraziť kľúč vypisuje uz 2 dni ze sa čaká na stiahnutie licencie!!!!! Koľko mam akože ešte čakať?
