Dobrý den, má tato konvice otevírání víka před 90 stupňů a když se otevře, tak drží víko samo otevřené, aniž by bylo potřeba stále mačkat tlačítko? Používáme totiž pramenitou vodu z kanystru. Má toto některá konvice z vaší nabídky skleněných konvic? Děkuji, Jana

Dobrý den, dnes mi tato konvice přišla. Po postavení na podstavec se konvice opravdu hodně viklá. Chtěl bych se zeptat, zda je to u této konvice normální, nebo se jedná o vadný výrobek? Děkuji za Vaši odpověď.

Dobrý den, 12.ledna kolem 12h jsem objednal rychlovarnou konvici ETA 6153 90000 Crystela (zánovní). Ale ještě mi nepřišlo na e-mail potvrzení objednávky ani žádné informace. Obávám se, jestli jsem nezadal špatný e-mail. Nevíte co se s objednávkou stalo? Zdraví Ondřej Knotek
