Dobrý den, u zakoupené kamery mi nefunguje napájení přes PoE. Je nutné jej někde aktivovat? Dále budu potřebovat ke kameře instalační krabičku. Můžete mi nějakou doporučit? Děkuji

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si tuto kameru. V nabídce je nahrávání zvuku, vše mám označeno, aby to nahrávalo se zvukem, ale opak je pravdou, žádný zvuk se mi k videu nenahraje, nevíte čím by to mohlo být a proč mi to nejde? Nebo nejde nějak dokoupit k této kameře mikrofon, aby jsem měl záznam i se zvukem?
