Dobrý den, zakoupili jsme pro maminku k Vánocům tento přístroj. Návod však nesedí k zařízení. V návodu je vyzobrazený jeden hepa filtr a zařízení mám dva. Mají být oba dva, nebo dle návodu? Dále u Hepa filtrů je drátek se spínačem, který není v návodu a není ani kam zapojit. Prosím o manuál k k zařízení HELTES OLV 10, nebo kontakt na servis, který zařízení prohlédne. Děkuji Hrubá
