Dobry den,prosim Vas,mam dotaz ohledne sim karty v ramci telefonu huawei p9lite,ktery jsem si u Vas k vanocum zakoupila. Mam problem s tim,ze mi stale kolisa signal-pouzivam t-mobile. Je pravda,ze pred par dny jsem si vymenila starou sim kartu za novou,nicmene ve starem telefonu jsem se signalem nemela sebemensi problem,nicmene aktuálně po dvou dnech pouzivani tohoto telefonu Huawei p9lite,mam problem s tim,ze nekde signal chvili mam a mohu bez problemu telefonovat a posilat sms,nicmene nekde jsem uplne bez signalu,ackoliv ostatni z rodiny,kteri taktez maji t-mobile signal maji bez problemu a ja mam dostupne pouze tísňové volání-samozrejme jsen zkusila restartovat telefon,vyndat sim kartu,ale nic nepomohlo. Proto se chci zeptat,zda si myslite,ze je pripadny problem v telefonu ci v sim karte? Nikdy jsem se s timto problemem nesetkala,tudiz vubec netusim co je to za problem....dekuji moc za odpoved, s pozdravem Aneta Zitnikova
