Dobry den, koupili jsme tento strojek asi pred cca 5 mesici a jeden nastavec se nam zacal ulamovat a nikde nemohu sehnat nahradni ke koupi. Da se dokoupit nebo reklamovat?

Dobrý den. Chtěla jsem si zakoupit zastřihovač vlasů BRAUN HS 5030, kde nabízíte dopravu zdarma, ale když jsem ho chtěla objednat, uvádíte ceny a způsoby dopravy a proto se ptám, jak to je. Dále se ptám, zda je možné zboží doručit do prodejny na Mělník, bez nákladů na dopravu. Za informaci děkuji a přejí hezký den. Jaroslava Slimaříková, Mělník
