Služba ALZA NEO je totální pohroma a nikomu bych ji nedoporučil. V červnu jsem si objednal iPad pro. První ani nedorazil a druhý až po připomenutí po snad 14ti dnech. Na prodejně mi při předání řekli, že každý měsíc obdržím fakturu s unikátním variabilním symbolem. 4 měsíce nepřišla žádná faktura - byl jsem v Kanadě a pracovně vytížen na pobočku jsem se nedostal. Poté na konci října přišla zpětně dofakturace, kterou jsem okamžitě uhradil. O týden později zpráva z Alzy ať zařízení jako neplatič vrátím. Přitom jsem do té doby neobdržel ani jednu fakturu a neplatič nejsem. Zařízení jsem tedy vrátil. Nebyla žádná možnost si ho nechat. Nyní o více než 5 měsíců později mi přišlo do Datové schránky upozornění a předání mého dluhu za službu ALZA NEO vymáhaci agentuře. ( Dluhu, který nemám )… Alza NEO jsou šmejdi a timewasters!
