Dobrý den,zakoupili jsme v minulém týdnu vakuovačku Lauben Vacuum Sealer 10WT.Při zkušebním zatavení folie, kterou jsme si zakoupili navíc zn.maxxo,(folie zakoupená a doporučená přímo prodejcem Datart)dochází k nezatavení folie a tím pádem nedochází k vakuování. V prodejně,kde jsme tento přístroj chtěli reklamovat,nám doporučili se obrátit přímo na Váš servis.Ještě se prý s tímto nesetkali.Děkujeme za odpověď. Sedláková
