Dobrý deň dňa 27.11.2018 mi dorazila táto baterka no obal nezodpovedá deklarovanému obalu. Na fotkách uvádzate že je baterka zabalená v peknej krabičke, no moja prišla zabalená v lacnom priehľadnom plaste akoby z tržnice od Číňanov. V hodnotení zákazníkov som viac krát zdieľal aj fotku tohto balenia a napísal hodnotenie, no ani fotka ani moje hodnotenie nie je zverejnené. Moja otázka znie prečo deklarujete iné balenie na fotkách k tomuto produktu? Prečo ste nezverejnili moju pridanú fotku a moje hodnotenie?
