Dejte si pozor při koupi výrobků Lego v Alze. Objednal jsem tuto stavebnici a dnes si ji byl vyzvednout přímo v Holešovicích. Dostal jsem poškozenou, zlomenou krabici, ze které by opravdu nebyl pěkný dárek pod stromeček. Celé to bylo pro jistotu zabaleno do bílého neprůhlednéo igelitu. Z výdeje jsem tedy šel přímo na reklamace. Další stavebnice na výměnu skladem nebyla. Takže jsem zažádal o vrácení peněz. To ale nešlo provést, protože jsem platil kartou. Mám prý tedy čekat na vratku na účet. Sečteno, podtrženo. Ztráta dvou hodin času, bez zboží a lehčí o 2.5k (Kč). Za mě další negativní zákaznická zkušenost s Alza.
