Dobrý deň, nedávno som si zakúpila tento produkt. Chcela som ho použiť so svojím počítačom Lenovo IdeaPad Duet 3 11IAN8 (sériové číslo YM102CRS), no bohužial to nefunguje aj napriek tomu, že na stránkach lenova je napísané, že sú tieto dve zariadenia kompatibilné. Skúšala som už aj reštart/updatenuť počítaču no stále nič. Tento problém som s predchádzajúcim stylusom nemala. Dalo by sa to nejako vyriešiť? Vopred ďakujem.
