Dobrý den, rád bych před koupí obdržel konkrétní podmínky záruky (NBD On-Site pouze v ČR). Již jsem zažil, že k diagnostice docházelo po telefonu (strávil jsem s tím celý den) a nakonec mi byl za 3 dny doručen náhradní díl, abych si ho sám vyměnil. A takovou to záruku nepotřebuji. Byla to naprosto shodná záruka, pouze u jiného výrobce. Děkuji za upřesnění a dodání podmínek.
