Včera dne 14.6.2016 jsem u vás zakoupil MT, Lenovo VIBE X2 Red, již jako rozbalený, přičemž součástí tohoto balení nebyla krycí fólie displeje, proto se chci zeptat zda měla být součástí balení, pokud ano, tak jakým způsobem ji mohu dodatečně obdržet, pokud ne, tak jaká je její cena. Dále se chci zeptat zda se na toto zboží vztahuje také Vaše služba "skvělý servis", pokud ano, tak za jakých podmínek dochází k vyřízení reklamace. Děkuji za odpověď
