Nejde mi zakoupená kniha opakovaně stáhnout.
Dobrý den, asi před rokem a půl jsem zakoupila audioknihu. Stáhla jsem si ji. Teď se mi rozbil notebook a přišla jsem o data. Chtěla jsem si knihu stáhnout znovu. Našla jsem si ji ve své knihovně na Alza, ale nedá se stáhnout, jen poslouchat. Dělám něco špatně? Hází mi to hlášku, že kniha není připravená ke stažení. Zkoušela jsem marně opakovaně. Je to tak, že je kniha po zakoupení ke stažení jen 1x? Díky

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem si audioknihu Letopisy Narnie, tuto knihu nevidím v programu Alza media na mobilním zařízení (ani předchozí Hoši od Bobří řeky) a dále ji nemohu opakovaně stáhnout. Prosím o radu.
