No reply only

Dobrý den, začal mi zlobit scanner. Někdy to jde ale většinou to nejde. Vložím papír a nabídka scanování se na displeji neobjeví. Vkládám ho opakovaně a taky nic. Restart taky nic. V pc když chci otevřít scanování to píše chyba scanneru. Tři dny to nejde a pak najednou chvíli ano a pak zase ne. Kam mám odvézt na servis, nebo může přijet technik za mnou?

Na adrese tohoto zboží se píše: Technologie tisku Laser, Černobílá. O pár řádků níže je ale uveden technický údaj: Rychlost tisku barevně 14 str./min. Tiskne tato tiskárna barevně nebo pouze černobíle. Předem děkuji
