Zdravím, kde lze prosím sehnat software pro tuto myš, když oficiální stránky nefungují, odkazují na to, že "License has expired". Znamená to, že podpora pro tyto myši již skončila a software již nelze sehnat? Děkuji

Dobrý den, dnes jsem obdržel tuto myš s tím, že mi po asi 3 minutách přestal fungovat kurzor a zamrzl. Ostatní tlačítka funguji. Je nutná reklamace nebo jde problém vyřešit na dálku ?
