dobry den. pri kupe MS Office som dostal gratis McAfee na jeden rok. prislie mi mailom aktivacny kod, v PC mam uz davno nainstalovany McAfee, no neviem nikde najst kam mam zadat daný licencny kód. som v McAfee zaregistrovany, no platobnu kartu som zqtial nepridal. vazne netusim kam by som mal ten kod zadat. poradite mi ako si mam aktivovat dany " gratis" produkt?

Dobrý den, zakoupil jsem u Vás ntb Dell s již přednainstalovaným McAfee, následně jsem zakoupil i licenci k tomuto antiviru, zaregistroval jsem se, přihlásil se k účtu, nicméně nikde nemohu najít záložku, kde bych vložil licenční klíč a antivir aktivoval ... Díky za radu!

Dobrý den, Ve 12/2018 jsem zaplatila přes PC ze svého účtu antivírový program MCAFFE na období 1 rok, což bude ukončeno 28.12.2019. Nedala jsem příkaz k opakování platby (datum ukončení programu byl zobrazen u antivíru u položky opakovat, a tu jsem nerozklikla pro další období. Navíc firma zdražila víc jak o 100% - 2 399,-Kč. Tuto částku stáhli z mého účtu měsíc dopředu před ukončením platnosti programu. S firmou MCAFFE jsem se pokoušela komunikovat a to z České země, i když zde prodávají v češtině, tak česky reklamovat nelze, jestli vůbec lze. Firma zneužila mé data skoro rok staré a banka platbu bez mého vědomí provedla. Jakou mám šanci reklamovat jak u banky, tak u dodavatele programu??
