Dobrý deň, chcel by som sa opýtať Alzy, či by som tento počítač nemohol dostať ako darček na Vianoce.

Dobrí deň.Chcel by som sa spýtať čo je potrebné urobiť ak po nainštalovaní hry my vyhodí ikonu sťahovania programu DirectX ktorí my ako že stiahne ale hra sa nespustí. Tak som si tento program stiahol samostatne ale pri pokuse o jeho inštaláciu inštalácia padne a vyhodí chybu: An internal system error. Please refre to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder to determine problem. A preto som hladal na internete a našiel som k tomu opravný program ktorý som stiahol ale jeho inštalácia tiež padla.Skúsil som aj update grafickej karty aj samotného programu a aj som skúsil prepis v programe DirectX ale vôbec nepomohlo.
