Dobrý den, dostal jsem adaptér s již nasazenou koncovkou pro britské zástrčky, přičemž ta pro české je přibalená, ale nevypadá to, že by ta britská šla nějak snadno sundat. Je nějaký postup pro výměnu té koncovky, nebo je potřeba adaptér reklamovat?
