Dobrý den, dnes jsem si koupil tyto sluchátka a zvuk je dost špatný, normální i 7.1. Nastavoval jsem je v razer aplikaci, ale nic se nezlepšilo, zkoušel jsem i nastavení ve windows a taky nic. Je tu nějáká možnost jak to opravit nebo je to na reklamaci?
