Dobrý den, v červenci loňského roku jsem zakoupil kulmofén Remington AS800. Po cca 1 minutě chodu kulmofén vypne a musím čekat dokud neschladne (tepelná pojistka). Mám reklamovat na prodejně a nebo mi doporučíte nějaký servis? Jde mi o rychlost reklamace, nechci si kupovat náhradní kulmofén. Děkuji za odpověď
