Dobrý den, dnes jsem si vyzvedl trezor Rottner 600it El a později si všiml že není zabalen v krabici že všech stran.Dole chybělo dno.Logicky jsem se nemohl všimnout neb manipulace otáčení není možná neb je to objemné a váží 50kg.je to takto standardní doručení? Výrobek nebyl regulérní zabalen a je tedy riziko poškození.Dekuji mh

Dobrý den - lze k tomuto trezoru objednat ještě jednu sadu kotvícího materiálu navíc? Ptám se proto, že za pár let se budu stěhovat a trezor bych si samozřejmě vzal s sebou. Předpokládám totiž, že starou kotvu už z betonové podlahy nedostanu...??? Díky za odpověď. Jiří Pavlík
