Dobrý den,měl bych dotaz.Zakoupil jsem si tento vysavač...po necelém půl roce -prach neodcházel do nádržky na prach ale usazoval se pod filtr a molitan!!!Nádržka na prach čista.Po reklamaci-která byla 3x.a vysavač byl v servisu-mi nikdo nic neřekl.Servis napsal že se vysavač má čistit/což jsme dělali pravidelně/a měnit hepafiltr.Prodejce mi nic neřekl...kdy a za jak dlouho se má měnit.Můžete mi poradit.Závada je pořád stejná!!!
