Telefon mám týden a začal zlobit v tom, že se odmítá odemknout a tvrdí, že PIN je špatný. Nebere ani otisk prstu. Napoprvé jsem ho na dálku přes Google účet uvedl do továrního nastavení, napodruhé to vyřešil reset přes HW tlačítka. Problém se stále opakuje, pravděpodobně je problém s operačním systémem, resp. jeho Samsung nadstavbou. Nemáte radu, jak se toho zbavit, kromě vrácení telefonu?
