Dobrý deň.Objednala som si ružový náramok a aj 2 zlaté. Ale práve ten ružový,ktorý som darovala nefunguje.To znamená,že sa nedá spojiť s telefonom a cez aplikáciu,lebo stále vypisuje že batérie nie je nabitá.Tovar mi došiel 7.1.2017 aj na bločku ten dátum a nikde sa nevie dopátrať akým spôsobom mám tovar vrátiť a reklamovať.Dokonca som si priplatila aj záruku okamžitej výmeny.Ďakujem za odpoveď.Môj mail je [email protected]
